•Plants are rinsed and any shrimps/snails are removed but no guarantee can be given that they are completely safe.
•Plants must be dispatched Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in order to provide Royal Mail delivery before the weekend. Orders given on different days of the week will be sent Monday.
•In case of any damage photographic evidence will be required for refund or re-sending of the plant.
Single bunch is containing 12 individual plants.
Bunch will be sent with Royal Mail Postage inside a protective envelope and sealed air-tight bag to prevent any damage and leaking during delivery.
