•Plants must be dispatched Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in order to provide Royal Mail delivery before the weekend. Orders given on different days of the week will be sent Monday.
•In case of any damage photographic evidence will be required for refund or re-sending of the plant.

Bunch will be sent with Royal Mail Postage inside a protective envelope and sealed air-tight bag to prevent any damage and leaking during delivery.
